Reservations & Hours
We take reservations on a rolling 120 day availability for booking both by phone and on our website. ***reservations open at 1:00pm each day online or by phone***
We understand that plans change. Please cancel or modify your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. For parties of 6 or more, we require 48 hours notice.
For parties of 13 or more, please call 919-781-2444. Party sizes of 8 guests or more will require a credit card to complete your reservation, as you will have an allotted amount of on-line time to book.
We like to think of ourselves as fine dining with a rustic elegance. You may dress as nice as you like or business casual. No cut off shorts, tank tops, clothing with offensive graphics or language, revealing clothing or exposed undergarments. Cowboy hats, Fedoras, and Dress hats are allowed in dining rooms. Ball caps, Hoodies worn on head, and Toboggin/Beanies are not allowed in dining rooms. Forward facing Baseball caps are allowed to be worn in the Wild Turkey Lounge, Meat Locker, Outdoor Patio, and Saloon.
Menu & Dining
While we specialize in premium beef, we offer vegetarian options. Our menu includes fresh salads, grilled vegetables, and plant-based alternatives.
Dinners are served with choice of garden salad, spinach salad, Caesar salad, wedge salad, French onion soup or soup of the day. Plus choice of baked potato, stuffed potato, mashed potato, sweet potato or French fries.
All of our beef is from the Black Angus Cattle. The Vast majority of our beef is raised from ranches
in Schuyler, Nebraska. Most are small generational family farms that raise & finish the beef.

Yes, we offer an extensive wine list featuring over 1100 selections from around the world. Our sommelier is available to help pair wines with your meal. We also have a full bar with craft cocktails and premium spirits.
Parking & Accessibility
We offer complimentary parking for all guests. Valet parking is also available. Our restaurant is fully wheelchair accessible, with ramps at the entrance and accessible restrooms.
